The 2026 GRID Ranking is the 10th year of the world’s premier motorsports ranking system, which was initially released on Sunday, April 5.

The official ranking includes drivers participating in seven racing series (NASCAR, IndyCar, Formula 1, Formula E, WRC, Supercars, MotoGP). Each driver earns GRID Ratings, which help determine their seeding in the GRID Ranking.

After winning the first three Grand Prix races of the 2026 MotoGP season, Aprilia Racing’s Marco Bezzecchi topped Week 1 of the GRID Ranking, with a score of 23.00. NASCAR driver Tyler Reddick from 23XI Racing is close behind in second, as his 21.99 score reflects his early-season dominance of four Cup Series wins in the first seven races.

Formula 1 driver Kimi Antonelli going back-to-back in the Chinese Grand Prix and Japanese Grand Prix races helped propel the 19-year-old Mercedes star to third after earning a score of 19.73. Defending GRID Ranking World Champion Alex Palou (18.25) placed fifth in the ranking, thanks to the Chip Ganassi Racing driver’s two wins in the first four races of the 2026 NTT IndyCar Series season.
